Returns & Exchange Policy

- If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase and it was not purchased on sale or discounted, we will be happy to accept a return for a FULL STORE CREDIT less shipping costs, duties & taxes. Please contact our Customer Service Department for a Return Authorization #
- You can return your purchase for a size exchange up to 7 days from the shipped received date, only if it was NOT purchased on sale or discounted. Products must be in the condition you receive them and in the original box and/or packaging.
- There is no restocking fee for Regular Retail priced purchases made on line.
- All items purchased on sale or discounted merchandise are FINAL SALE and are non-refundable. Should you need a size exchange a 15% restocking fee will apply.
- Customer pays shipping to return goods. Hartman & Rose charges $17.00 to ship your exchanged goods back to you within the United States and Canada.
- You must include a copy of the order/receipt with the item along with the Return Authorization #.
- All International returns must be shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service or Canada Post). We will not accept returns made with UPS or Fed Ex and will be returned at your expense.
- We offer a 30 day warranty for items that have a manufacturing defect or hardware malfunction. A photo must be sent to: firstname.lastname@example.org
- Customer Concerns or questions regarding your order should be directed to: email@example.com
- We do not offer warranties or returns on regular wear and tear to items (example - scratching, biting, chewing, and water damage). Leather collars will wear over time. The longevity of your Hartman & Rose item will depend on the behavior of your dog and/or their playmates.
- All order received in Canada are processed in CAD and all other are processed in USD.
