You can return your purchase for up to 7 days from the shipped received date, only if it was NOT purchased on sale or discounted. Products must be in the condition you receive them and in the original box and/or packaging.
There is no restocking fee for Regular Retail priced purchases made on line.
- All items purchased on sale or discounted merchandise are FINAL SALE and are non-refundable. Should you need to exchange for another size a 15% restocking fee will apply.
- You must include a copy of the order/receipt with the item along with the Return Authorization #.
- All International returns must be shipped solely by DHL Express and in North America via USPS (United States Postal Service or Canada Post). We will not accept returns made with UPS or Fed Ex and will be returned at your expense.
